I have a headache and a sorish throat and I can't concentrate, it has just taken me 2 hours to write about 145 words, yay go me at this rate I will be finished my thesis in about 100 years.

I want to go to the gym but am worried I shouldn't because I feel slightly ill, but dammit it's just pilates, no big strain really.
